Took Steroid And Z Pack After Unbearable Throat Pain But Spitted Lot Of Blood. Visit To ER Required?

Hi my son has a bad throat pain on one side and can barely talk went to er on Tuesday they gave him a penicillin shot then last night the pain was unbearable so they gave him steroids and a z pack to start today but now he s spitting alot of blood should I take him back to er?
