Took Trigger Shot. Having Cramps, Feeling Tired, Nausea, Bloated, Headache, No Spotting. Is It A Sign Of Pregnancy?

I had a scan with a local fertility doctor on June 15, 2012, he gave me my trigger shot at 10:30 am that morning after checking my lining. I ve had some minor cramping yesterday and today, my period is due tomorrow, I ve been tired, am bloated, have a slight headache , however, no spotting, no breast tenderness and no nausea .. a possibility of pregnancy or just my period coming?

It is difficult to understand with insurance what is happening
Those can be signs of pregnancy so you have to wait some more days and do a fast pregnancy test
