Took Unwanted 72 Before Unprotected Sex And Had Bleeding, No Periods Later. Can I Be Pregnant?

Hello doctor i and my girl friend had unprotected sex on 18th feb 2014 before having sex 5 min before she had taken unwanted 72 and after having sex she got bleeding for some time. she was suppose to have her periods on 20th feb but today is 24th she had not yet had her periods, previously 10 days back we had sex at that time also she took unwanted 72 does this things effected her or is she pregnant???? we are worried so much. She even dosent have that much freedom to consult a doctor right now. Kindly advice me weather she is pregnant or not if she is pregnant please advice us any pill which i can get in local medical shops to remove pregnancy.. please Doctor we are really worried now.... please help us.. Hi SIRI ,
As you had unprotected sexual relations last on safe period but the previous one was not but still progestine only pill was taken which decreases chance of pregnancy (if you were really concerned then y dint you used barrier contraceptive ie condom) . Post course needing is not menstrual bleed but still u can wait for one week if even then she don't get it then do a urine pregnancy test to find pregnancy status .
There are many drugs for medical termination of pregnancy but dear it is only available upon prescription . So in my opinion wait for UPT test hopefully it ll come negative (if positive then requires gene consultation ) n for next time use Barrier contraceptive if you are really worried .
