Hi doctor My name is Dr Azim ,I have one query regarding TORCH PANAL report . What is the diagnose and treatment according to this report According to torch panel IGG & IGM (CMIA) Toxoplazma ,IGG 0.10 IU/ml Toxoplazma ,IGM 0.07 Index Rubella , IGG 157.20 IU/ml Rubella, IGM 0.89 Index Cytomegalovirus ,IGG 250.00 AU/ml Cytomegalovirus ,IGM .46 Index Herpes Simplex Virus 1+2 ,IGG 3.60 index Herpes Simplex Virus 1+2 ,IGM 0.15 index

Hello Doctor, I think you are pretty worried reg. the reports of the TORCH panel!RELAX! If you have a history of recurrent pregnancy losses or are planning to become pregnant, this test is done.If you are planning to conceive, then go ahead, you are immune to Rubella which is a teratogenic virus.If you are already pregnant, then dont worry, go ahead, get your routine Level 2 ultrasound done for any anomalies and feel reassured!
