Tore Lingual Frenulum While Kissing. Able To Move Tongue Like Before. What To Do?

I was kissing a girl and she bit and sucked on my tongue and pulled it with her teeth and she tore the line underneath my tongue which i googled and have now found out is called the lingual frenulum.What should i do about it? It's a little sore but my tongue still does every movement it could before the tear.Again what should i do?

If there is no bleeding then there is no cause of worry. It will heal on its own. Gargling with Chlorhexidine mouth wash, avoiding hot and spicy food will help.
