Transvaginal Scan Shows PCOS, Black Patches In Uterus. Have Pelvic Pain, Bleeding After Sex, Tiredness

Hi.. I went for a transvaginal scan and my results vame back.. my go said I have pcos but the results also say there are "black patches" in my uterious.. not sire what this means.. he said he'd call the geinachologist but im worried.. I have bad pelvic pain all the time.. blees after sex and am constantly tired.. could the symptoms and black spots all be linked to pcos or be something else?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen,PCOS profile test,CT Scan of abdomen,hysteroscopy and biopsy if needed.
Black patches over uterus may be due to other reasons.It is not related to PCOS.
Bleeding after sex may be due to problems in cervix or uterus.There are also other reasons for bleeding after sex like atrophic vaginitis,infections etc.
So,you should consult your doctor.
