Transvaginal Ultrasound Done. Suggestions?

Hi i am surbhi i am 29 year old! I had a transvaginal ultrasound for follicle monitoring(i ve been trying to conceive for 2 years now). this is the result:U/S REPORTS
Abdominal sonography shows:TVS
LMP:20-03-13
Uterus is normal in size measuring 7.2x3.7x3.2 cm.
Myometrium is normal.
Endometrium thickness is 08mm
Uterine cavity is normal
Both Ovaries and Adenexa are normal
No cyst or mass is seen in either side.
Rt.Ovary:25x17mm Follicle :10mm(1 in nos)
Lt.Ovary :22x22mm Largest follicle :5 mm(2 in nos)
Small amount of collection is seen in the posterior pouch.
IMPRESSION PID
_My AMH is very low 0.24
Although other reports are normal in case of both of us.
Apart from this i have been through historiography all the results are perfect.
my doctor is suggesting me for ivf

Regarding you trans vaginal ultrasound the impression given was PID means pelvic inflammatory disease..
You didn't mention here about your menses,,hormonal status like thyroid, prolactin...
If they were normal,,ho for tubal patency tests,,since in PID they were blocked...

For PID you have to take antibiotics to control the infection..
Consult infertility specialist in this regard and take valuable suggestions from them..and go for IVF
Hope you will conceive soon..hope you understand my suggestion.
