Trapping Gas Pains, No Cramps, Brown Discharge, Red Bleeding With Clots. Cervical Erosion, Pregnant

I am 8 weeks pregnant and starting in my 5th week I had on and off brown spotting. At 6 weeks I had fresh red blood everytime I strained with constipation- the red blood was coming from my vagina and would return to brown spotting. That has been continual until middle of last week where after an exam and internal ultrasound, I have been having constant red bleeding with discharge and even some clots- this is like a med flow period. The Dr did say I had an erosion on my cervix that could have been causing my previous red bleeds upon straining and brown spotting... But can it cause bleeding that is over a week long, looks almost like a med flow period with small clots too? I don't have cramps- the only pain I've had has been trapped gas pains. This is so emotionally distressing-
