Treated For Ovarian Cyst. Having Frequent Pain In Lower Stomach, Dizziness, Tenderness, Needing The Toilet More. What It Could Be?
About two months ago i had a ovarian cyst removed, i have had a few infections since then but have healed well. But for the past three weeks i have been having the symptoms again, frequent pain in the lower stomache, dizziness, feeling sick, tenderness, needing the toilet more. Could it of vrown back????

The symptoms are likely to be be due to Urinary Tract Infection.
I would suggest you the following
1. Urine routine examination to document the infection along with Urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity
2. Consume plenty of oral fluids-- 2-3 liter a day
3. A course of antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin taken twice a day for 5 days will be helpful.
If the symptoms worsen, there is fever, worsening of lower abdominal pain , would suggest you to see Surgeon to get an Ultrasound abdomen to rule out ascending infection of Urinary tract
