Hello,
In the current scenario, the most important thing to do is to see a specialist for an antenatal examination immediately. Your symptoms need to be examined by a specialist in order to plan proper management. In view of your associated conditions, delivery has to be planned properly. You need a routine blood picture, urinalysis, sonogram of the abdomen to know the fetal well being, location of the placenta and any other significant conditions. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
