Treatment For Bone Island

my daughter was just diagnoised with bone island thru an x-ray. She was told through our PCP's nurse to see an Orthropedic Doctor. I told her to call and discuss this first with our PCP because we know nothing about this. She is in alot of pain, except when she runs---3miles. Help!5ft 5in 125 lbs healthy 2 normal pregnancys
