Treatment For Burn Wound Apart From Silverex Ointment?
hi sir.i injured in my hand before 10 days.it was a burn wound .i have using silverex oilments till this day.but whenever i applied this oilment,some water are dropped in my wound.you have another treatment to cure my wound in immediately.it will make a lot of pain to me.please tell your suggesion

Seems to me that the burn wound might have got secondarily infected.
Apart from continuing topical silverex ointment, which is a very good topical antibiotic for a burn wound, I would have also liked to start an oral antibiotic (from penicillin group e.g Amoxycillin) for a week as well.
