Treatment For Burning In Top Lip, Dryness, Redness And Discomfort?

Hi, under my top lip my tissue slightly burns at time, it drys up, a had slight red patch went a way, now another, other side, not a canker sore, feels even frozen like numb at times, wierd sensation if I pucker to whistle.

Hi,

It seems that lesion on upper lip you described would be chelitis. There may be some cause. Sunrays,dust,pollutants,cosmetic,toothpaste or some other may be the cause.If it is recurrent,there may be some allergen which may be responsible.
Anxiety and stress might exacerbate the disease. Mild steroid with antibiotic cream may improve the disease. Antihistaminics like levocetirizine might be helpful. If needed, short course of steroid may be taken. Antioxidants,vitamin B comlex may be taken.I feel, you may get good result. I hope you got my answer.
