Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter.
Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause chest tightness, bloating, indigestion and burning epigastric pain.
For his swelling in neck, ultrasound examination of neck is needed. Because neck swelling is mostly due to enlarged lymphnode.
For better symptomatic relief in GERD, follow these lifestyle modifications.
1. Avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
3. Start proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs.
4. Go for walk after meals.
5. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in the bed to prevent reflux.
Since these drugs are prescribed medicines, you need doctor 's prescription for them.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
