Treatment For Dry Mouth And White Painful Bumps On Throat?

Hi, I am a 54 year old female, 5'10",about 160lbs. I have always been in good health. For about 2.5 months I have been experiencing a very dry mouth. I have several white bumps on the back of my throat; and painful bumps along the edge of my tongue. The white bumps are surrounded by red flesh. They are not painful, I only feel them when I am thirsty or while I am eating.

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
I have gone through your query, as you have said that you are feeling dryness in mouth, painful swellings along the edge of tongue it can pe papillae also , pain in throat can be due to throat infection ,
You should go to dentist for Oral Prophylaxis ,
Take medication for throat infection One Tablet Cefixime 250mg twice daily, one tablet Cetrizine twice daily and One capsule vitamin B complex once daily for three days if ypu will not get relief then consult physician.
