Treatment For Dry Skin Around Vagina

I'm 23, 5ft 7, 9.5 stone. I have been struggling with issues with the skin around my vagina for about a year, in which the skin gets so dry and tight that it tears easily, mainly during intercourse but sometimes it just happens. It make everyday life painful, and sex unbearable.
