Treatment For Dry Skin Despite Drinking Water And Applying Oil?

Iam 24 yrs old ...Iam suffering from dry skin all over my body ..legs hands nd face ...they get immediately dried after wash nd hv feeling of cracking ......I drink water a lot ..nd apply oils over my body ...but didn't get any satisfactory results ...Iam sick of applying daily with out results ...fine wrinkles formed on my face also .....sir. can u plzz suggest me one solution..

Hi,

Thanks for posting the query,

Intake of vitamin E 400 od.
Take oral fluids rich vitamin C , coconut water and use moisturiser cetaphil especially for dry skin.
Do aroma oil spa twice a week.
