Treatment For Fibromyalgia

I believe I have fibromyalgia.I am in pain and feel like I can not cope like i use to.I am 57.female.some days Its not as bad,but others just getting ready for work is a chore.and getting thru the day is horrible.I am on my feet alot and sometimes my job is very stressful. my ankels hurt alot and now I have pain in my right foot.I feel depressed at times because of the pain.
