Treatment For Fractured L1 Vertebrae

A car pullled out in front of us while riding our motorcycle. I flew over the car and broke L1 vertebrae and injured my knee. I went to work in Dec. and sit at a computer all day and it is really bothering my back and leg. Could I qualify for disability?
