Treatment For Glands On Chest And Weak Muscles On Arm

HI doctor I'm 20 year old boy I feel I've healthy body but there is two point about me 1-I've about 170cm height and 62kg weight but my muscles are weak specially on my arms , chest and shoulders what to do know... 2-since I were 16 there is glands on my chest but doctors says there is no danger 2-all of the time even in summer or winter my finger are cold thanks for your attention
