Hi
good day.
Hypothyroidism can cause aches and pains in the body and muscle weakness etc. However these symptoms improve once you start treatment. I hope your THYROID function tests are normal now.

another important reason for diffuse body ache is vitamin D deficiency. Please get your blood calcium and vitamin D levels done. You may also need a CPK levels of you have muscle pain. A correct diagnosis and treatment plan can only be made after examination . Please meet your GP and they will arrange focused investigations and treatment.

Regards
Binu
