Treatment For Irregular Heartbeat And Loss Of Breath?

My heart has been beating irregularly as if it's beating hard and slow the fast then slow and it will make me lose my breath and not let me concentrate even when I'm just laying down I've been on a very healthy diet and been working out and it doesn't go away it's been happening everyday lately for 2 months idk what's wrong and I've been experiencing for almost Half a year

Hi,
tI would not be possible to make a diagnosis without an ECG. I suggest you see your doctor for this. If you are generally healthy and are able to work out regularly, then this is unlikely to be serious. If it proves to be an arrhythmia then a cardiologist will be able to start treatment.
