Treatment For Mass Of Inflammation And Cyst On Shoulder Joint

My daughter is a volleyball player and middle hitter. She has had shoulder pain now and had an MRI in December. There was a mass of imflmattion and some cysyt in the joint. He said rest and it would take care of it. She is still having some pain and now I am finding out that this is not the most effective treatment.
