Treatment For Mild Compression In L4-L5

i have feeling pain from 2001 i am from india delhi, name balwant, i jst feel started a slowly pain in my left waiste backsite, i think that it,s jst , but it,s today 10 year has past but the pain is still there, i did 2-3 mri it shown that i have mild compression in l4-5. i went to many doctor in delhi, they told me it,s normal jst exercise and enjoy , but my pain is still there
