Treatment For Mild Posterior Disc Bulge At C4 -c5

hi doctor,my age 22 yrs,height 170 cms and weight 60 kgs,i had pain in neck since last 1 yr radiating to both shoulders,and had numbness in scalp last 1 week,yesterday my MRI cervical spine show mild posterior disc bulge at c4 -c5 and mild annular bulge at c5-c6.is it major problem?is it curable?what precaution should i take?
