Hi.
As per your case history you may be having an ingrown toe nail with nail fold infection (paronychia).

My treatment advice -
1. Avoid squeezing the nail and surrounding area.
2. Avoid ill fitting footwear.
3. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm on surrounding nail part.
4. Oral antibiotics and oral NSAIDs are treatment options for paronychia.
5. Best treatment option for ingrown toe nail is partial /total nail aversion by a dermato-surgeon.

Thanks.
Dr.harshit bhachech.
