Treatment For Sore And Twisted Muscle In Lower Leg

1 week and 5 days i fell awkwardly, my knee went one way while my foot went the other and not much swelling came up nor bruising but my lower leg/top ankle was sore however now it is only my lower leg which is sore and every time i put weight on it its hurts. Have i also twisted a muscle in my lower leg?
