Treatment For Sore Throat And Stuffy Nose

2-3 weeks ago I thought I had a sinus infection, so the Dr. at the Er gave me Z-pack. I took that and continued to cough up green mucus, had a fever, short of breath, fatigue, etc.....I finished the antibiotic.Eventually I got a crackling/rattling sound in my chest, that has gone away. But now I'm very tired/no energy, still coughing up thick mucus that is white (the kind of cough if it were green) and have a sore throat and stuffy nose. I feel like I keep getting sick over and over again. What is this? I'm 23 years old. Female. 5'2. 180 pounds.
