Treatment For Swelling And Heat In Elbow After Insect Bite?

Hi , I got bitten on my elbow, I think by a spider, I didn t see it happen, my elbow is now twice it s size and very hot, and one of my testicles hurt, the left one, it all happened yesterday, but when I woke up today I ve noticed my elbow all swollen and hot, should I do something about it?
