Where is the exact location of pain? Throat pain may be due to pharyngitis or tonsillitis or vitamin deficiency or B12 or folic acid deficiency or nerve palsy or malignancy or acid reflux etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Cervical spondylosis may be due to disk prolapse or intervertebral joint arthritis with nerve root compression or age related changes etc.
So cervical spondylosis may cause gait imbalance and vertigo in few patients. Wear cervical soft collar, avoid heavy pillows under neck. physical therapy and exercises may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult with your Orthopaedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
