Treatment For Varicocele

I have had abit of pain in my left testicle for a week so I went to the doctor and they gave me an ultra sound and the ultrasould doctor said I have a varicocele on my left testicle ( nothing danger) but my testicles are hard when touch and get this brusied feeling when touching them? Is this from stress?

Thanks for your query.
The varicocele is operated if :
There are symptoms related to it
Causes reduced sperm count.

Since you already have varicocele, get operated as you have pain in the left testicle and testicles are hard and get bruised feeling.

Consult an Urologist for clinical evaluation, actual testing / examination of the scrotum and see that the diagnosis and a plan for treatment .
