I have been diagnosed with a Zenker Esophageal Diverticula by having a barium swallow. Should I be followed up by an ENT or a GI doctor. I am confused by this because the speech pathologists that did the swallow said I would be referred to my GI doctor and yet my ENT that originally ordered the swallow has referred me to another ENT.
