Treatment Needed For Red, Sore, Hard Spot On Bottom Lip?

Hello I've got a beauty spot just below my bottom lip I've anyways had it its always been natural skin colour but always been slightly risen last 2 days its red / sore /hard and gone bigger just looks like a big red spot I'm worried should I go to my doctor thankyou donna

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

Seems to have got infection in that area. I would suggest that yo get a prescription for an oral antibiotic ( penicillin or cephalosporin group of antibiotics e,g Amoxycillin or cefadroxyl) for a week from your local care practitioner.

An OTC antibacterial once or twice daily e.g 2% mupirocin can be applied at the site of infection.

An OTC painkiller once or twice daily would help symptomatically with the pain and discomfort.
