Hello
Welcome to HCM

You were taking black and then was prescribed methdaone 30-20-10 and ultimately stopped it. After stopping methadone symptoms like muscle aches, restlessness, abdominal spasm, insomnia may occur as withdrawal syndrome. The symptoms occur in severity during firsT 4-5 days. After this period acute and worse withdrawal symptoms usually decrease in severity and some symptoms in milder form may persist. Such symptoms can be easily controlled by taking some non-opioid analgesic, for sleep benzodiazepines in low doses can be taken. Eat balanced food and take vitamin supplements for early recovery. Clonidine will help you in maintaining abstinence. Keep your motivation alive and you will improve in some days. Methadone is prescribed in cases of heroin withdrawal because tapering from methadone is easier than heroin. Hope it helps you.

Thanks
