my husband is 56, had triple bypass heart surgery in 2006 will not follow a diet eats what he wants is there ? chance of heart attack

There is always a chance of a heart attack, why don't you try making some of his favorite dishes, but making small changes in ingredients-like olive oil instead of vegetable, puree carrots in spaghetti sauce, etc? that way he will never know he is eating more healthy. Check out the American Heart Association's web site for heart healthy recipes.
