Try To Get Pregnant Even Though I Have PCOS

I had period at the End of December and I did an online ovulation date and it said it should be the beginning of January. Well I did have sex and tried to concieve. As me and my husband have been for the past year. I have Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome and rarely have periods, let alone ovulate. I did some reasarch to find out what its spposed to feel like or be like and Ive felt those things. Then hear lately my stomach has been feeling weird, not exactly sick..well sometimes, and sometimes it feels warm, sometimes its hard to describe. My nipples have been tender and ive been moody. I really dont want to do a pregnancy test too early only because I have PCOS I usually do one every 3 to 6 months just to be sure because I dont have consistant periods and I dont want to get my husbands hopes up having to put him through yet Another Test if I dont have to..Could someone Please help me. And Maybe if you have any tips on getting pregnant. I was told to have an ovulation test done, but Im not sure how to get one done. All I know is my Dr has told me that I might now be Ovulating and she kinda doesnt want to help me because im so young and doesnt think I should get pregnant yet..Im about to turn 19. Yes Im young I know. And Im asking online only because you see..I dont have a lot of money, my mother has a lot of health problems, one being lupus and she is on disability and we are in the between trying to help my mom be stable financially, my getting the rest of my education and getting a job..Im not legally married for that reason, only.."spiritually." My grandmother is a Lain (Sp) Minister..so we had a small ceremony..just not married in the eyes of the law..For the reason of trying to figure out how to take care of my mother...I wont have insurance in a few months...so Im trying to get all the Info now that I can. But Because I have such a low chance of pregnancy, we are not trying to prevent it..so in a way we are always trying..thus why im asking about it..(Sorry to bother with this long post) If anyone could give me some advise if this isnt pregnancy..on how I could get pregnant or better try to get pregnant even though I have PCOS

In PCOS as you are aware of there is decreased chances of fertility. There is something called as Pseudopregnancy, where in there are symptoms of pregnancy, but actually the lady is not. It happens in cases of infertility. Ovulation test, you can speak to your gynecologist about it. If your doctor has said that you are ovulating, then it is really a significant improvement. Continue with your PCOS treatment and you should see further improvement.

I Appologize that 'now ovulating' was supposed to be 'not ovulating'...and the Psudopregnancy..meaning I could be wanting to be pregnant so bad that my mind actually makes my body have the symptoms? Does that make be a bad person for wanting it so bad..how do I stop it. I dont want to stop wanting to have a baby...

But I remember watching an episode (and yes I will refer to a tv show even though I know its not all real) where a girl killed her mother because she was having a relationship with her dad and she did the same thing and her body made her appear pregnant but she wasnt. Im not ging to kill anyone by all means...but..does it make be a bad person for my mind causing my body to do that..what do I do...
