hello,,thanks for the query i understand your anxiety....periods may be a few days delayed or early due to various reasons..the commonest being stress,anxiety etc.. the earliest symptoms of pregnancy are missed periods,nausea,morning sickness,vaginal discharge,spotting,unusual food cravings,constipation etc few signs like hegars (softening of cervix,uterine isthmus),chadwicks sign(darkening of vaginal wall and cervix),goodells sign(soft cervix)...these signs usually appear from 4 to 6 wks to 10 to 12 wks.. these are non sensitive and not specific as pts with pregnancy may not elicit these and without pregnancy the pt may have these signs... i suggest you to wait for few more days as it is too early and get urine pregnancy test with early morning first urine sample ,beta hcg levels and consult a gynaecolgist for further details all the best,bye
