Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I have gone through your query, and from the presentation, the possibilities are the following:
+Pregnancy: The bleed that you experienced could have been an implantation bleed, but this should have resulted in a positive detection of pregnancy. Not to worry, some women do not return a positive pregnancy test even 2-3 months into pregnancy.Of course, this does not mean that you are pregnant. I would request you to conduct a home pregnancy test at least 2 weeks for your calculated date of conception, using an early morning urine sample, which would be most concentrated and would yield a most accurate result. You might have to repeat this 2-3 times to get an accurate verdict
+Expecting your period: Women who are expecting their period soon, can also experience such a presentation, and as your period has not arrived yet, this possibility could also be considered (but the cause for a delay in period, once pregnancy is ruled out; will have to be looked into)
+Infection: Symptoms like frequent urination, discomfort in lower abdomen, etc; can also be associated with an infection. As you are trying to conceive, and thus indulging in the act of sexual intercourse more frequently, this could also result in an infection. This will of course have some other associated symptoms like:
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Frequent urination
-Increased urge to urinate, but less amount of urine passed
-Chills
-Fever
-Lower abdominal and/or flank region pain
-Itching around the genitals
-Blood in urine or immediately after (not always seen)
-Vaginal discharge
-Menstrual irregularities
Although not all symptoms need to be present, these can be associated with the presence of an infection. If your pregnancy tests report a negative result, despite going about the test with my above mentioned instructions, then please report to your doctor and get your urine checked along with a vaginal swab test, that would be analysed in the laboratory.

Wishing you a successful conception, uneventful pregnancy resulting in a beautiful and healthy baby.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
