Trying For Conception. History Of Ectopic Pregnancies. Laparoscopic Surgery Done To Remove Ovarian Mass. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi,
I am 31 years old. I am a working women. Married in october 2007. Three times i have conceived, first time i had conceived in 2009, but it was blighted ovum, so i have undergone through D & C. second time i had conceived in 2010, it was ectopic pregnancy, laparotomy of right fallopian tubules was done. Third time in 2012, it was again ectopic pregnancy of left side fallopian tubules. So, they have done laparoscopic surgery to remove adnexal mass present on my left ovary, but Doctor told me that i have untouched your left tublule and it is normal. they have checked the patency of the tube, it is patent. So Doctor suggest me to try naturally, i can conceive. But i dont know what i have to do? its almost 6 years have passed after my marraige. I cant wait more.

Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
I really do appreciate your suffering. The tube may be patent but not functioning. Also I don't encourage waiting any more.
I suggest three trials of ovarian stimulation followed by intrauterine insemination, and if no pregnancy occurs, go for invitro fertilization or intra cytoplasmic sperm injection.
The good thing is that you are still under 35 years (having good ovulation), and if you husband has good semen parameters, your chances are great.
I wish you good luck and getting pregnant soon.
