Trying To Conceive. Clear, Watery Discharge, Itching Vagina, Abdominal Pain. What Does It Indicate?

Hi...I m ttc...my period is about to start after 4/5 days...but from today i m having clear watery discharge with mild vaginal itchy feeling and a sharp pain in left lower abdomen...& btw I had some fertile CM on 27th & 31st march....and after that got some creamy mucus & today got clear watery mucus...so what does that indicate...plz let me know

HI,
The discharge & pain in abdomen you have can be due to
* A sign of an early conception.... here it is many a times associated with breast tenderness/nausea/guddiness etc
*It may also be a premenstrual sign.
* The itching & watery discharge can be due to vaginal trichomonal infection. It needs treatment of both partners ...only to be started after a clinical check up after you get periods/ pregnancy test is +ve.
* for time being Miconazole creame can be applied.
If you are hoping for conception, you can get blood HCG test done to confirm &start treatment earlier.Otherwise wait for a period for 8 days & UPT if you dont have it.
