Trying To Conceive. Irregular Periods. What Does It Show?

Trying to conceive. Stopped taking birth control a couple months ago(Nuva ring) periods usually start every 24 days. Period ended on March 4th and I just started again today! Sex 2 days ago unprotected of course. I m 34 and married. 2 other children. 12 and 6 year olds. Does this mean anything? Could I possibly be pregnant?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The irregularity of periods like you are having is commonly seen after taking out Nuvaring. This irregularity is not suggestive of pregnancy. You need to wait for the bleeding to stop spontaneously. This is likely to stop on its own without any treatment.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Rakhi-Tayal
