Trying To Conceive. Light Bleeding During Intercourse, Low Hemoglobin. Taking Medications. Reasons For Not Conceiving?

madam me and my wife planning for a family from past two months but she could not conceive and also she had light bleeding from past one week during intercourse then we consult a local gynacologist and she refered tranlok e tablet and also my wife haemoglobin was low and she gave a tablet for that also . my wife is worried as she could not conceive still.

hello..
conceiving usually depends on a number of factors like physical and mental condition of the body..
for any conception to occur ,fertilization has to occur which occurs only during ovulation period of the woman..and ovulation period is usually between 14th to 20th days of a regular period..
and moreover u said ur wife is havin less haemoglobin so this need to be improved for increasing the chances of pregnancy..
hence ur wife should take iron tablets daily for atleast 1 mth alongwith good iron rich diet like green vegetables.
tab tranlok is given to reduce bleeding and hence u have been prescribed that and so nothing to worry..just improve the general condition and wait for the good result..
