Hello and welcome to HCM,

It is evident from the prescription of the drug ova mit (clomiphene)that you have been diagnosed as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
PCOS is a disease process in which multiple ovarian follicles mature but none of them are able to release ovum during ovulation.
The drug clomiphene induces maturation of the follicles and release of ovum during ovulation.
This maturation of follicles is screened by follicular scan.
Your scan reveals that the follicle is enlarging in the right ovary but ovum has not been released till yet.
Since, your cycles are long, you may have to wait for few more days for the ovum to release.
Ovulation occurs 14 days before onset of menstrual cycles.
With progression of the cycle, the endometrial lining also thickens.
You need to remain in touch with your gynecologist for follicular scans.
Prolonged treatment may be required.

Thanks and take care
