Trying To Conceive. Spotted After Sex. Having Pregnancy Symptoms, Test Negative. Again Spotted Bright Red After Sex. Miscarriage?

hi im hailey im 18 years old my boyfriend & we have been trying to have a baby!!we had sex august . 4th a week after i had spotting i thought it was my peirod and it was a dark brown color .it took about a week to stop so we bought pregnancy test one came up negative and one invalid.. i also have been noticing that my feet have been swollen, i have been feeling nausious lately, eating way too uch,boobs hurting, moody. and last of all really tired.. but about 10 days after spotting the first time .i started spotting again after sex.but its a bright red and its lighter this time...we looked it up it said a possably miscarrage.. can cause spotting and cramps but i have no cramps....

could i be pregant or could this be serious?

Hi,
If you had no normal period since Aug.4th,The pregnancy test is parsistantly -ve. The chances of viable pregnancy are poor.
It can be
- Missed abortion,
- PCOD, that is a hormonal imbalance, creating irregular periods.
- The spotting after sex can be due to uterine /cervical conditions like fibroid,polyp.
The breast tenderness,nausea can result from unusual hormonal pattern/ psychological
A sonographic scanning of pelvis will pin point the cause.
A consultation of Gynecologist is essential for assessment of the condition after examination& investigations followed by specific treatment.Regular menses with ovulation are needed along with normal semen for conception.
