Trying To Conceive. Ultrasound Taken, Suggestions?

Hi!
I'm Lara, 29 yrs old, trying to conceive.
I just had my ultrasound (5th day of menstruation)and received the result, can wait to go to my doctor for the explanation. The result says:
Endometrium: 0.54 trilaminar and intact.
Uterus: 4.9 x 4.9 x 3.3cm, anteverted with no myometrical lesions.
Right Ovary: 3.7 x 3.1 x 2.1cm, contains multiple small subcapsular follicles , 22in number, suggestive of polycystic ovary.
Left Ovary: 4.0 x 2.6 x 2.0cm, contains multiple small subcapsular follicles , 12 in number, suggestive of polycystic ovary.
Cul-De-Sac: No free fluid.

IMPRESSION:
NORMAL SIZED ANTEVERTED UTERUS
PROLIERATIVE PHASE ENDOMETRIUM
POLYCYSTIC OVARIES, BILATERAL

Hi and thanks for the query,
The ultrasound results sound practically normal. However, the polycystic aspects of the ovaries (cysts) on both ovaries might need a deeper clinical assessment. Confirmation of Polycystic ovarian disease would be needed. This would lead to institution of an appropriate treatment. This could contribute to dificulties experienced in conception. However, other factors implicated in fertility, either primary or secondary, depending on the case might also need to be assessed. If you have never been pregnant before, it might be necessary to actually implicate your partner in the evaluation process.
Consulting an infertility specialist or any other experienced gynecologist in infertility management might be very useful for proper management.
