Trying To Conceive, Been Stressed, Headaches, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Nausea, Tenderness In Breasts. Am I Pregnant?

Hi, I am 40 yo. I have been ttc for a few years and recently left a job that caused a great deal of stress. I had mid cycle spotting last month and then had spotting a few days after my cycle was expected to start. I am on hydrochlorthorazide and read that some diuretics can cause false negative hpt. I have been experiencing severe headaches, dizziness, stomach pain, nausea and tenderness in my breasts. I currently do not have insurance and before I spend the money to go to a doctor I am wondering the legitimacy of the hctz affecting the results of my hpt's. I have taken several, different brands, most recent was clear blue two days ago. Could I be pregnant or should I be concerned about something else?
