Hi,
Ovulation usually occurs 14 days prior to the onset of the next menstruation. As you are experiencing shortened cycles, your fertile period would start earlier. So, please maintain regular intercourse at least on alternate days from day 7 to day 20. You can also track down your ovulation by recording the basal body temperature or through follicular study and ovulation kits. Considering your age and with the history of tube reversal, Please do not give yourself more time for trying to conceive naturally, but go for help as soon as possible. Hope this helps.
