Trying To Conceive, Have Early Pregnancy Symptoms, Tests Are Negative. Why The Symptoms ?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive. My last period was May 3. Around May 16-19 I was ovulating. We tried and have kept our fingers crossed. I was 4 days late this month on my period. I finally started but it was only for one day which never happens. I have had many symptoms like cramping, nausea, headaches, dizziness, fatigue, & frequent urination. I took many hpts even the early detection ones. All negative. My last test was last Saturday. Should I test again or what should I do? I dread testing and getting another negative, it's so disappointing. I just don't understand why I'm having these symptoms. Thanks :)

.
All the symptoms which you have described are of pregnancy. Pregnancy test turns positive 7 to 10 days after missed period. you got your pregnancy test done little earlier that could be a reason for negative test. Bleeding could be due to implantation bleeding which took place once the fertilized ovum is implanted into the uterus. Repeat the test 10 days after missed periods and hope fully it will be positive.
The other reasons for pregnancy symptoms could be psedocyesis,a condition in which when you too much keen for a baby symptoms of pregnancy develop without a pregnancy.
