Trying To Conceive, Have One Ovary, High Levels Of Hormones, Light Spotting During Periods Due, Early Signs Of Pregnancy Test. Pregnant?

Hi, my husband and i have been trying to have a baby for 4 years, my last period was in may. the day that i was supposed to get my period i just had light spotting only when i wiped, that only lasted a day and i havnt had period yet. i only have one ovary and had problems with high levels of hormones, i took a test about a day or two ago and it was negative. i have back and abdominal pain , lost of sexual appetite , bloating , and frequent urination . could i be pregnant? could i have done the test to early? if you have any advise please feel free to answer!

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion it can be early pregnancy or worse tubal ectopic pregnancy as test is negative so get an urgent ultrasonography to rule out the same and then visit a gynecologist for examination.
the risk of ectopic pregnancy is more in patients with infertility because of altered tubo ovarian relationship.
