I m trying to 2baby.. already I have one female child....I have period irregular problems on last Oct...I take gynovit my problem solved.next month my husband return to India....so my ovalution not ...so doctor recommended to take good ova tablet...today my period 3day...what are benefit of good ova....when I start this tablet...,

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

If your periods are normal then around 14 days before your next periods ovulation occurs. Since next month your husband is returning you can monitor using USG for ovulation. If no ovulation then we can check for different hormon levels, any defect, and can treat accordingly. We can also induce ovulation based on your ovulation status. So consult your gynaecologist (specialist) ASAP for examination and management.
